My grandmother who is 89, just fractured and dislocated her ankle this afternoon. She is quite the mad horticulturist, and was out in the yard planting the snapdragons she just bought at Lowes. She got up funny, twisted her foot, and "heard a pop." Now my mother who is with her, is looking for an orthopedist.... Why doesn't ER's work on broken bones anymore?

My DH whos mother is from Japan has a g'g'g'ggfatehr from scottland. You should see the looks of people when he walked around in the kilt his stepmother made him...

There is no way we can get them. We couldn't afford to fence them and we only live on ten acres, at least half of which is dense wooded area.

A friend of mine got some that hadn't been handled. They unloaded, promptly jumped the fence and were occasionally spotted over the next few months. I think they're a folktale there now!

I prefer to buy young ones so I can handle them and raise them.

I just thought I would let everyone know that Rachael's MIL passed away this morning.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family Rachael.
