I saw that you offered RIR's on the thread. Are these Heritage RIR or hatchery? Do you have any pictures?
I acquired them from a local guy whos father has had them for years, so not sure. I will get pics thought I had them on my profile. We also bought some of our flock out of KY from a gentleman who has had for several years but they are still juveniles so not sure how nice they will be yet.
Quote: I saw a trio of heritage RIR's go for 70 bucks each, and a couple roos went for 50 each at the auction a couple weeks ago...nice looking birds
it will be ok sahMy son does indeed have strep, so that pretty much means we all have it... Or at least the baby will get it. Which also means I will be having anxiety attacks for the next week worrying. I just don't handle sickness well. I know its not serious, but it has me crying cuz I get so freaked out.![]()
I'm glad they got there safe and sound! My PO has been known to play soccer with boxes of eggs in the past. Thank goodness it is not soccer season at the PO yet.i set 150 eggs last including some VERY well packed Lavender Laced Orpington eggs that arrived this past weekend! Woohooo they looked great cant wait till lockdown with them
Quote: i will I will. Hubby commented how LARGE my orp girl looked this morning, lol, I was like she is fluffy not fat!
