We have so much to get done when he gets back before his next trip. This is pretty much typical around here: rush to get stuff done then he's off again.

Oh dear goodness! Buttermilk pie... the thought used to make me gag, but then I had one! The elderly lady that lives a few farms down from us makes them. Sweet baby Jesus, they are good!
