Is he supposed to be pure bred?

could possibly be from one of the GFF mystery chicks I got in October. I wish I had a better picture, he actually looks like a gamebird type to me. For leggy and thin. I haven't bought or hatched anything that was a mixed or even OE/EE I have gotten a few in the fall, but didn't have any of those hatch. I just wanted to make sure no one knew what he was, because I think he is going to the auction on Saturday.

Our generally happy, sweet and very dumb 1 year old Rottweiler just bite my son on the face.

I feed the dog in the bathroom, so they baby doesn't mess with him while he is eating... Aka eat his food... The baby is asleep and so I left the door open, the four year old was supposed to bed too. Heard a blood curdling scream, and my sons inner lip is punctured.

I am so heartbroken because now he has to go. Don't know if we should give him away, making clear why he has to go, or what. I am going to miss him so much it hurts.

I am so sorry Nicole. I know how much he means to you.

Sounds like it was a bad dog day for several people. My neighbor called me when I was at lunch telling me that my son's dog was attaching my guinea. She said it got away. Got back to the farm and sure enough there were feathers everywhere. My son said it was not her.... but the guinea was dead in the drive way. We looked around some more and there were white feathers in one pile, lavender feathers in another and another pile of white.... she got 3

Must have eaten them all but the one I found. Not blood really on it, all the feathers were there too. I told my son she was going to be shot if he didn't do something to pen her up.... along with his other killer dog that was in the house. My hubby will shot them and I know the neighbors will. I am SURE they got some of her bantams a few months ago... I was in denial back then. They were running her goats and her hubby said if he gets calves and they run them he will shot them.

WHY CAN'T HE JUST DO THE RIGHT THING?????? Get an electric fence or something....

My hubby tied the dead guinea to her neck... we will see how long they let that stay there.

Sah I hope your child is fine. I'm sure a trainer could work with him. I'm not real knowledgeable on dogs, but if he's part of the family it's hard to not try everything. I hope you find a way that is best or all of you. My thoughts are with you.

For those who don't know what this is, this is my second largest tarantula molting his old clothes and putting on some new ones. I got to watch the whole process and yes, I also found out it's a boy!!!!

I'm assuming he will be replacing your guineas.

If it were my son I would be giving him a good hard kick in the rear, a bill for he guineas, and a letter demanding something be one about the dogs or their removal. But then I'm kind of a hard.....and I follow through.

As long as you don't put your hands near those fangs you are fine. Honestly their hairs are fair worse since I never put my hand in their cage. I use tongs but they do kick those hairs and it's like porcupine quills. Very painful if you get them in your eyes or nose, very itchy to the hands.
