I am so proud of myself.
First, I have to tell y'all that I am not known for being the best cook in the world. I cook edible food...that's all that can really be said for it. I have about half a dozen meals I know how to make and don't experiment at all. And usually they are big pots of something that we eat on for several days. Things like Stroganoff or Chili.
I hard boiled some eggs with the intent of making egg salad. but when I went to make the egg salad, I realized my mustard was 3 years expired. Panic!!!!
so I experimented and it actually tastes really good!!!! I used Mayo, indian red curry paste, garlic, and salt.
Woot!!!
Oh, it isn't bad...I put it in chicken soups to give them a little zing when I have a cold...cuts through the phlem. I got it at Harris Teeter...do you have those in Ohio?
