Ok I didn't see any mites or lice. Thank goodness I really didn't need another problem with them. A couple of them still look pretty bad. They are so skinny that I will be shocked if they make it.  They haven't stopped eating or drinking all day. 

I really hope they don't have any genetic issues. I really wanted these and now looks like I made a terrible mistake with one of the buyers I bought them from. I am glad I still have a trio coming from a differant breeder.

Ok, I am peeved. The box of my missing Bantam Chocolate orps showed up today and 2 of the 9 were dead. But I think I know why they were delayed now. They were not shipped in a usps Approved box. They were shipped in a Express Mail Box with holes cut out. Also I bought 9 Chocolate Orps not splits. 2 of them are not chocolate they might be splits but the auction said chocolates not splits. There was no bedding in the box just newspaper laid on the bottom. The top and bottom of the box are so wet that can't believe the box didn't fall apart. I mean I thought they were a reputable seller. But I doubt I will ever buy from them again.

It is ILLEGAL to OPEN ANY MAIL that does not belong to you. They RIPPED my box open, litterally tearing the sides out of it. Postal workers are to NEVER open any mail live birds or not. Oddly enough they only "removed" the colored chicks, leaving ALL the yellow/white ones. they also took ducklings. Its theft while in transit and isnt acceptible on any level. The fact they were stupid enough to put water in an open container and then ship them 9which is against USPS safe shipping regulations) is just another check on the idiot scale for this claim.

OMG!!!!! I had not put that together until I read this. All along, I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were removing dead chicks. But seriously, what is the probably that only the white chicks and Khaki's lived???? That just doesn't happen. They totally took all the birds they thought were valuable!!! I did report it as theft after this on the claim hotline. I don't believe for a second that only the really rare ones died and someone was just being "helpful".

On a different note our farm is officially an LLC!!! Hvae all of our paperwork in hand now.

So our new LLO's were due in at 3, and are totally MIA after being checked in yestrday no other scans. The jerk postmaster she had to drop them off with made her remove the apple chunks so they are traveling with nothing in the box but them.

Nice, the post office is really something this week let me tell you.
