I just finished my last class for this semester! Finals next week, and I'm done until August! Well, aside from prep, but there's no timeline on that. I'm free to play with chickens allllll summer long! Woohoo!!!!!
First thing I'm doing is setting some of my own eggs, from the same group, at the same time, in all three types of incubators, from start to finish. The cabinet, the Hovabator, and an LG. I want a comparison on them. Then I'll sort out who is at fault and what type of fault it is. Then I'm setting myself a course of study on chicken genetics. I don't know nearly enough.
And at some point, I'm even going to clean my house.
