Good Morning Happy Chicken People!

My non-chicken sister is visiting and got to pet a chicken yesterday. She was astounded at how soft and personable chickens were. Hehehe

G'morning peeps!! Maybe she will become a chicken sister soon enough.

Woke up to 3 CCL hens hatched! Yeah, so far so good. Last hatch was dismal at best: 11 roosters, 3 hens.

Well. I believe my bantam Choc Orp has gained his Napoleon complex. He came out the door attacking my daughter yesterday. I used him like a football to get him off her. -sigh-

I did hatch my first LF choc/mauve Orp project babies yesterday! Both choc pullets! Now I wish I had a LF choc roo.

Morning all! Got woke up by the PO calling telling me that my package from sandiklaws auction. I don't know whats up with the PO lately it took 5 days to come down from MA to TN, and somebody, somewhere didn't scan the blasted thing in so it looking like it magically disappeared after the initial scan.

brighter side, I've got ringneck pheasants hatching!!! yippee-* and backflips, who am I kidding...my backflip days are behind me unless I fall off my horse, lol*

I've got a question... I'd never went of RBA before hearing about it on here. Went on and bid on a couple sets of chicks from GFF both of their listings stated +, how generous are they with their chicks. I'm trying to figure out just how high I'm willing to go and not cause a coronary for Ken. Feedback about RBA and GFFarms is much appreciated.

I have a gold laced brahma chick (I think pullet) and a silver laced brahma (I think cockerel) from Dan Powell lines. If either turn out to be roosters I will be rehoming them. If anyone is interested let me know, I've never shipped adult birds before, but am willing to.
