As far as I know, she was the grow out space, so she does not have a lot of control over the eggs or chicks, and she is hours away so she is not going to be around every day checking. I could be wrong however.

Speaking of it, how long do jubilees take to start to lay? mine were born in feburary, not sure when I need to get serious about pens and a roo. They are very big but look like they have a lot of growing to do....

Yea I didnt know what the deal was I just thought she might no if her health had improved or if she was getting back on her feet , sometimes when you owe a lot your not a real good about contacting folks. thats all nothing bad intended

I would say july august at the earliest.... My choc were early, i am hoping my jubs and gold laced are too. We wont discuss lemons... I have some almost a year, laid a cpl eggs and quit. If I didnt have a chick growing out to prove it, i would have thought I dreamed up the few eggs I collected.

Ok...Ive been trying to find out what EXACTLY is going on with CPL without bothering BM6...Should I be seriously worried....Im owed ALOT of chicks...like ALOT that I paid out ALOT of PP for :/
Is she sick?? I can wait if shes far behind...I just want an email...last I spoke to her was a few weeks ago when she said my eggs were going in her bator ...I should be expecting chicks ANYDAY...but with all these posts of horrible eggs and no chicks as promised Im getting a sick pit in my tummy? Any PM info would be great guys....as I havent heard a response from her yet

I got a message 2 months ago telling me my eggs were on the way never arrived then I contacted about and 2 weeks ago was told my eggs were on the way and I got rotten eggs yesterday thats all i know for sure.

Dang, I can't wait for my birds to be up and laying. Seeing things go by on the swap thread I really, really want but I'm all out of cash -- have to wait to have eggs to swap! Ah well, soon...

yes they do have a new name John...they are called either Whiting or Whitey Blues....not real sure on the spelling, that's what they are calling them at the auctions around here, supposedly named that after the person who developed them.

I'm so disappointed in the way CPL has handled her swaps. I'm glad others are speaking up. When I spoke up I got raked over the coals. I haven't received an answer from my many PMs. I really was looking forward to my Orloff, Tolbunts, Rhodebars, Isbars Serama etc eggs from her. It's a sad situation for her and everyone that was so excited to swap with her.

Chores are done, everyone is fed and watered...except the humans! I have three litters of bunnies due any minute. Hoping all goes well; two of them are first-timers. Cross your crossables! And enjoy the day!

DH is the one who wants to raise some rabbits for meat,,,,I told him only if you can find ugly one's.....i have no problem with wild one's though..

. Mine are meat rabbits...NZW and one Californian doe. Easy to dress out, with far less mess than chickens! Took me a while to find lines I liked. People are breeding them smaller and smaller!
