My DH is pretty tolerant. Helps feed, watches plenty of chicken tv, and has built numerous coops. I really can't complain! Think I'm done swapping for a while though.. need to buy some Christmas presents too!!

Why can't MY husband be this way??!! Doesn't he realize that if I am happy with a hobby, everyone in the house will be happier? I mean, really! He is such a grouch about chickens!!

Girl it took my hubby quite a while to get there. He is now getting "interested" in them lol he should come around

My DH is all hot air when it comes to grumping about the chickens...  He SAYS he isn't a fan, but I've seen him out there giving them treats and watching chicken TV, haha.... He has actually commented that he didn't believe me when I would tell him that chickens really do have their own personalities, until we got some, and he has a few faves himself.... mind you, when I gave him an estimate on how many spring eggs I'll be hatching, he did have a bit of a freak out, but our chickenstock is in May, so I'll be able to sell most of the extras there, problem solved and feed paid for!!

I wish Texas has something like that! But laws here r crazy...I haven't told him how many I'm hatching yet...he just saw me take the Bator out for a trial hatch and then NYD.....well its gonna keep going lol!

Why THANK YOU VERY MUCH SECRET SANTA!! I am overjoyed to tell you the mail carrier literally just dropped off my mail, and I couldn't open the box fast enough. Inside, fully intact, where 7 Swedish flower eggs!! I am so excited to hatch them. I couldn't be happier, so thank you ever so much.
