Firstly congrats on teh babies they are so cute. Secondly I almost spit coke all over the church computer when I looked at the picture. That is one sure fire way to know the hatching has started. I have been locking my cat in my room at night starting when the buttons started hatching so he couldnt get into there brooder and he was fine and any time he started wanting out I knew if I went out to hte liveing room another chick would be in the bator cuase he knew and wanted to go see .Pictures, finally!!!
First: How to Know Your Hatch is Starting -- in One Easy Step!
My very first hatchling!!!
"Hi mommy!"

MR. FUZZY FEET!!!!
All the cochins are like that -- it's amazing!
My first hatchling, all dried out and moved to the brooder -- babymakes6, look familiar?![]()
A coronation sussex, looking very pert
My lone serama! (so far...) With an adorable white silkie from RBF right next to her
More coronations and cochin butts
Chick carpet!!! Every home should have one![]()
Still about 20 eggs to go -- I see three pips at the moment, and one industriously rocking eggPlus the four that I left in there just in case that I was 99% certain hadn't developed, but what the heck, right? Plus there's six more eggs still in the turner (off), but theyre not due to hatch till Friday.
MUCH better than my last two hatches!
And thirdly what kind of bator is that please?
