hey all............ back from a TSC run for bedding and off to clean the entire brooder house to bare floors and re-bed it down.

pellets were $5 a bag today and heat lamps were 2 packs for $8! Nice to stock up again.



Just had a call from a customer (not chicken related) she called us at 7pm on Christmas eve in a panic, her daughters hamster had died that morning. (we had an add for bunnies running before Christmas) She wanted to know would we open for her come get a bunny for Christmas. 10 minutes later after hanging up she was pulling in, we uncovered the bunnies and she spent time looking them over making a selection. Well todays call was to tell us how thrilled the entire family is with this rabbit. He is 8 weeks old now and fully little box trained and runs to the little girl when he sees her so he can sleep in her lap.

and this is why we have a farm and open at odd hours.
