mine were mystery chick auctions on rare breed. some of them are still a mystery... no nothing in the boxes, and after emailing and asking her about 5 or 6 times, I gave up.

Jeannie, you will probably have no idea what eggs you are getting either... I hope that's not the case though.

I sure hope not either. Some will be obvious but others won't be.

Jenny is not there at the farm as much any more. She does things from home, has a baby. I think that's part of the customer service issue. If that's the case, they need to hire more help.

yep, when the mystery chicks are just a few weeks older, I am taking pictures and having a name the breed contest, I swear. My brain is tired of trying to figure it out

I think that's a big part of the problem. I can take days to get a response from her.

no doubt! It's been awhile since I contacted her. She helped me with the silver sussex deal and refunded. My experience was good but like you said if she is not there much that is definitely the problem and I agree they should hire someone to do the job if they don't have the time to identify what they are selling anymore for the prices they get.
