I smell a contest a brewing!!! I got my eggs today from GFF and they are labeled with a code as to what they are.

I am so hoping a few of these babies hatch. There will most likely be 2 contests since I do have eggs coming tomorrow too!! I'm hope not the same as today's though.

I'm waiting for Croad Langshan eggs from Ohio, the breeder has them laying consistently purple bloomed eggs. But they aren't laying right now.

I moved my silkie babies tonight to the basement brooder. Thought I would get a few pictures of them running around. All of the paints are from my birds along with the blacks. The blues and partridges are from sebrightmom. There are also some jersey giants in there. One paint looks to have a black stripe down the back of its neck. Another has a nice partial black wing. You can see it in one of the pics.
