Didn't they owe you a refund or something but you haven't been able to get communication to get a resolution?

They owed me a refund of a shipping fee. As of 5pm still hadn't seen it so I opened a PP claim. And guess what, I got my refund. But now they have blocked me from their auctions. Just another reason for me to not bother with them anymore.

I've had my share of problems with a major name also, and I can't tell you the number of people that have had the same problem. It all stems from lack of communication, no stinking responses to multiple emails/phone calls. Very frustrating.

Exactly. I asked them 3 times to refund one shipping fee since they shipped 2 sets of eggs in one box. I didn't get a response until I opened the claim. I got what I want so they won't get my business anymore. Now, I'm looking for some Black Bresse.

I didn't know you could be blocked from the auctions. Bummer, I was so hoping you'd get these choc Wyandottes.

I just looked. There is a place you can block users from bidding on your auctions. It's hard to believe a business would act that way over $35.

I'm still waiting five weeks later for a refund that I'm certain will never come. Just because a farm is a "big" name, doesn't mean they have integrity. I'm careful where I spend my money these days. I'm sorry this happened to you.

Is it really worth it? Can they block you on Ebay? She sent me an email stating my communication expectations are too high. I asked for a shipping refund before they shipped the eggs last week. All the eggs easily fit in one box and was covered by one charge. that should have been an immediate refund when she saw they wouldn't need it. I should not have to ask a second or third time for a refund.
