The brinsea high powered ovascope candler works *really* well on blue eggs, if anyone is interested. It wasn't cheap and I'm sure there are other ways of getting the same views less expensively but I just love that thing. It's stuid proof and I need that frankly.. lol

They have time to list auctions, they have time to block bidders, and yet the can't find the time to answer emails or issue refunds. I've gotten chicks from them twice, and twice I've been dissapointed. Yes, I admit my expectations rise as the amount of money spent rises. I can get a box full of 25+ chicks from a hathery for less than $100, and yet customer service from both hatcheries I have ordered from put GFF customer service to shame.

yes you can be blocked from bidding on auctions on ebay. there is an option for sellers to block certain bidders. doesn't keep them from using a different user name but it can be done.

Lol. Well DH is English and where he's from they call chickens chucks. And a standard greeting is aye up. So that's where it came from. Never thought twice about up and chuck being next to one another. I've thought about having them change chuck to chook but just haven't. Guess I've just gotten too used to it.
