It's both. Girls have only a white spot on the heads. Boys have much more white on the head and some white on the back.

The top right chick, can't see it's head, but I see a little bit of white on the back - boy.
The chick on the left, not a lot of white on the head, but there is white on the back - boy.
The bottom right chick, a faint dusting of white on the back, lots of white on the head - boy.



Are these all the chicks?

depends on their diet, weather, mood, breed...... as the days get longer though you should see more eggs

I couldn't get them all to stop at one time..... They all have white (little or lot) on their back
 
This is so WEIRD!! Why are my NJs hatches not 50/50? How are they most if not all the same gender in each hatch?

We figured since ours aren't laying now anyway that we'd add some new nesting boxes and whatnot. I'm getting a few eggs per day but none from those I really want eggs from..
