I havent had my own broody yet but from what I have read just make sure she has food and water close and she will get off the nest once in awhile to eat and drink and stretch but not that often. Mostly they eat and drink enough. Just watch her she should be fine.

My Christmas photo...sorry no chickens in this one. I was just wondering if i could get one to stay on a branch long enough to get a picture...hmmm. Might have to give it a try!

Thank you!! Her food and water are close to her but not close enough that she could tip it over if she moves. It's going to be a long 21 day wait for these chicks.
