I really hate shipping live birds. I'm such a wreck until they are delivered and I know they are ok. I have birds due to be delivered today by noon EST and still nothing. They went to Ohio.

Has anyone ever had pullets or hens that keep KILLING the roo? Any cure for it? They have killed 2 maybe 3 roos and several younger pullets. Should I just sell them as layers? I have never had this problem before but I am new really to chickens. I have pinless peepers would that help?

Omg! this just confirms that I still want tolbunts! look at how snugly cute they are!

Those eggs look green, not brown...... When I candle a dark egg, I use two flashlights, one on top and one on the bottom. I can see into anything. I can't wait for more...........................someday mine will decide to lay! I have two eggs developing right now from sonew123 Deb

I had a pen that I would always find the rooster dead. Always. Never knew why. Fine one day, dead the next. Always suspected the hens plotting.

I am looking forward to adding another cabinet this year. I am going to max out my goose egg space quickly, which will knock out all duck and chicken hatching completely

Okay, I just updated my swap page. I have six dozen chicken eggs, forty quail eggs and four turkey eggs that will come in this spring, just from this swap!
