Why are you trying to get it higher? That's good for hatching.It is at 63/64 and has been for about an hour. I'm not sure what else to add. I did put the front plug back in.

Me too. It actually goes up a bit once you get pips and hatches.I am happy when it stays about like that.

Don't trust your directions for everything. You don't want to drown them. 60-65% is good.My directions said 70. I felt like I was fighting a losing battle. Although we live in Louisiana and it is ALWAYS humid, our only source of heat in this house is a wood heater. That sucks the moisture out of the air quickly. I made DH get up this morning and put pots of water on top of the heater to evaporate more moisture in the air. Ha! I'm going to have everyone in the house feeling hot and humid!
So at what humidity should I add more water? I'm using still air. Temp is hovering around 100 at mid egg level.
