Looks malamute/husky mix, imo. Blue eyes are rare in malamutes, since it's a disqualification. His nose looks more husky, ears look more malamute, body looks malamute, unless that's one very, very, very fat husky body!
he is a very fat purebred husky with championship bloodlines. He didn't use to look like that, but my hubby got carried away with the treats. He is currently on a diet.

He's beautiful!

Hee! It's easy to do :) *sigh* I miss having a malamute -- but she was death on small furry things!

O...M...G. You could make TWO dogs out of that! (Which, actually, we were prone to saying every time we brushed her, looking at the shedded undercoat...)

Holy crap! Sounds like where my kitters is heading. When we got her, she was so skinny, we called her the ferret. She's been here for five months and is eight months old. She has fat rolls on her belly and weighs almost nine pounds! That's more than my previous fully mature cat!

Donna, I have 4 chicks hatching from the lav/lav split eggs. question, I have one that is apparently splash and the others look very dark blue... lol they don't look the normal black or lav color. they are noisy little things!!!

That one is probably gray with yellow down? It is lavender and will turn WHITE

I originally hatched 1 white and that was it... no more. I kept her till she laid and hatched her eggs and I have 2 Lavender White Ams now, one roo and pullet. I sold the lone white pullet after I hatched some eggs to see what I got. My guess... even after asking the original breeder of the Lavs if they are carrying recessive white, they must be and will pop up every once in a while... you just got lucky. I am pretty sure he said they carry the silver genes.... the BEST Lavs need to have silver. My guess too is some of the pullets from my roo and lavender hen are carrying rec white. This is my second season with these birds. I still have my original Lavender Roo and Lavender hen and 3 Split pullets and 2 Lavender pullet from my previous breeders. I have not hatched any off color chicks since I sold the white pullet.... guess it is in some of the new laying pullets too.

I need to see pics of what you think is blue.

These 2 on top are Lavender

These 2 turned white. I was told the chipmunk might mean there is Silver Am genes in there too. Good thing for whites and Lavs.
