Thanks guys. I was so happy to find this swap. There's no way in heck I would've ever thought I'd be able to have "fancy-smancy" chickens and here I am, with a Rhodebar in the brooder, a legbar due to hatch tomorrow and more of the same headed my way this week. I can't thank you enough.

Big dittos on that one!! Finally warming up enough I should be able to start looking to claim some of my spring swaps in the next few weeks... maybe some in time for the easter hatch-a-long, now that would be SWEET!!

One night I saw you post something about your wife under this id...I assumed you were a lesbian couple. I think I am less confused now.

My DH has banned me from swapping...I guess I'll have to break down and get my own Paypal account. I still have more of certain breeds that I want....but, but, but. I think the final straw was when I claimed yesterday during a church meeting.

This week has been going exceptionally slow for me. DH has a job interview in CA for a job that would double his current salary, to start. If he gets the job it would be so nice for us on so many levels. I am keeping my fingers crossed and trying not to be too hopeful, but I cannot wait to get closure on it one way or the other. Please keep us in your thoughts.

Good luck! What area is he interview in ? There are a fair few areas here where rent might make 2x a salery a pay cut. We are in a crazy boom again in silly valley. Didn't they learn anything from the last 2 booms??

But we need more chicken people come anyway!

I just heard that, I guess in Ventura there are only 13 homes for sale and the price up 100,000k per house. Looks like we left 2 years 2 early. Oh well gave us time to get settled in her before MIL and FIL needed us.

Uh oh are those my roo's you are talking about? If so I know the girls will be excited their only roo right now is a bantam salmon fav. He so cute out there with the main flock which consists of 3 basque hens, 2 LF amer, 1 bantam amer, 1 buff laced polish. I think that's it in my main flock. The amers are going to live at the farm with the band of roaming roosters.
