Woot! I love the color of that hen! Mine are straw colored. I have to really look for them in the compost pile until they move. Did the seller say where they got them from?

What are these new breeds?

Basically I am getting some Partridge Barthuhners, Blue Columbian Brahmas and some Spitzhaubens for a good deal. I'm trying out the spitzhaubens.

I would say those aren't pure. The coloring on the hen is just wrong. And I'd say the roo doesn't look right either. $20? Too good to be true to me. Hold it, are those legbars or NJs?
