I have turkey eggs I need to incubator.  I need info.  Will these fit in a regular turner, or do I need to turn by hand?  Any special conditions that you experts know?

I incubate mine in my Brinseas and let them do all the turning. I do them just like chickens, but for 28 days rather than 21. Never have a problem.

I was always told that if you take your fresh eggs and refrigerate them, you can still hatch them after 14 days in the fridge.

Inquired about purchasing one of these incubators, but thought I'd share. Wish I had the funds right now, I'd get all 3.

All are approximately 8 years old and are in perfect working order. All include electronic thermostat with wafer backup and digital hygrometer and automatic humidity system with 5 gallon capacity. Incubators are set up for 3 auto turning tray slots and an additional hatching slot. They each come with 4 egg trays including blue egg racks and a hatching tray. Hatcher comes with 5 hatching trays. Asking $275.00 for each incubator and $225.00 for hatcher.

I've been refrigerating my own hatching eggs, along with room temp eggs. Last hatch everything hatched no problem. So far so good on this batch. Next time I'll try older fridge vs older room temp.

I'm working on my chicken plans and had a question. Roughly how many hens do I need to keep to get 6+ eggs in 4 days? Would a quad be enough?

that would be plenty sufficient depending on what breeds you will be keeping.
