Ok, thanks guys for the links, I have been reading them. I got a hold of a friend who gave me a number to there vet. I am awaiting a call back they will give me consult over the phone to try and help with this situation.

Hope she turns out ok! When I hear swollen face in goats I think bottle jaw but it could be any number of things. Wish I could offer more help.

never had on zip left and not right, is it progressing? Have the other eggs hatched? if you can candle without risking more eggs by opening thebator it would be worth the look

I got up at 5 this morning to check on the progress, was about 1/4 way, and died. was one of the RPxGN turkeys.

Don't know if it was cause it was zipping backwards or something else. and one other cross died after hatch.

But....I have as of now, 4 cross and 1 Royal turkeys, and 8 various chickens that I put in with them.

One of the turks can't seem to get one of it's legs under it....any idea if that will straighten itself out, or if there is something I should do?

And of the 8 various chickens, 5 of them are sexlink...all roos, and the other three were supposed to be wheaten marans, well, out of those I have one wheaten, one blue and one black....how the hades does that happen? LOL, someone was not truthful with their eggs.

oh...and because one marans is black....I can't tell right now which one is the marans because I have black sexlink in there, and all the black ones have a white spot on the head.
