I've decided I can't hatch marans. I had lovely Cuckoo/Blue Cuckoo eggs from DMRippy that were developing nicely. Then only two hatched. I have Golden Cuckoos in the hatcher now, but they should have hatched Saturday. Not a pip. There are more of Donna's in the bator, and I'm hopeful. I really want some marans, but they must be cuckoos. Hubby doesn't want any more BCMs.

But the Barnevelders like me. . And the Orpingtons! And the Amers like me enough! I guess I should be content.

I think these sound lovely! It's so neat that you make soap I am hoping to get goats within the next year and want to try making some soap incorporating their milk. Never done anything of the sort, but I really hope to learn!

Witches Brew is heavy on patchouli. I'm not a big fan of it personally, but I think patch smells like dirt. I've been told I'm crazy though, so who knows.

Butt Naked smells JUST like fruit/tropical punch koolaid to me.

The football soap probably smells like grass, dirt and dirty gym socks! The nascar like burning rubber and gas fumes!

That's what I was thinking, at least the dirty gym socks part!

I love Patchouli mixed with lavender. If you ever make any with those two, let me know.
