Oops I was wrong only 3 lilacs from sebrightmom's eggs. The other one hasn't pipped yet. So not 100% hatch like I thought. But a good hatch.

Both sebrightmom's and Krazykat's turkey eggs all 4 from both sets all made it to lockdown.

I can't seem to get many pullets when hatching for myself. I wake this morning and you have four Jaerhon chicks so far - all pullets!

I'm happy for you! I'm going to set Jaerhon eggs some for me now, but don't tell them they're for me. Maybe I'll be able to get some pullets finally.

So, last week was choas. Almost like a bomb went off! I am bottling some fresh vinegar today for all you lovely chicken people. If I owe you vinegar, will you please check my list? I think I have everyone that I owe, but I just keep thinking I am missing something????? Ever have those days??? On the up side, sending a fabulous batch for ya all.

Oh, By the way I just figured out that my Bantam Barred Olive Eggers are sex linked.

The boys come out with big white spots on there head and the girls come out with just a teeny tiny white spot on there head.

Honestly, hon....... I totally appreciate it, but you don't have to! I have been sending good, healthy, eating baby chick vibes for you all night. That is seriously crappy and messed up! You are totally appreciated and respected. Now if we can just keep the a@@@@@@s away!!!!

Yeah.....cold and rainy! I think 45-50's and rain all week. I hate to admit it, but this is a heat wave for us. So, lots of warm clothes for rain. I live just 45 minutes from Mayo! Let me know if I can help in any way....even just to come have lunch with ya'll and cheer you up. They are amazing there!!!! If you gotta do it, it is the place to go. They will keep ya hopping to, they are very, very good at getting a ton of things done quickly. For sure let me know. Hey, I got some chicks you can take home heeheehee.....

Thanks for the info! I would love to take some home, but DH & DS would KILL me. I can't imagine their expressions at the idea of the 12 hours drive home with chicks in the car. LOL

lol...I get ACV or Alcohol once a month for a year from the Easter swap...You can start mine next month or June(alternate and surprise me)....your hens choice eggs will start the beginning of May, if you want...gonna have to trim some fluffy butts to get you some Bantam Cochins in there though

You also have a set of HC's from the WYGS shipping tomorrow, if you are ready for them.
