Madam- Yup, that's what I've come to also after so many horrible eBay egg shipments. Oh well!

Reese, you have ebay buyer protection for that. I would definitely open a case against them. Go to the top of the page and rest the cursor over the "my ebay" button and let the drop down come up, then scroll down to "purchase history" and click on that. Then find the purchase of the turkey eggs and over on the way right-hand side of the screen will be a button that says "leave feedback" and under that it should say something like "other options" or "other actions", click on that and you'll get another drop down where you should find an option for "resolve a problem" or "report seller" or something to that effect. Once you click that, you should be able to get through the process which is really easy and if the seller is still uncooperative, especially since you took pictures at the time of acceptance, ebay will prompt paypal to just take the money out of their account and put it back into yours.

I don't think I will even mess with them. One looks sick the other looks fine. I don't want to bring something in that could harm other animals here. Thank you for the effort to help :O)

I buy off ebay, but I will not buy from anyone whose feedback is less than 99% and less than 100 auctions, and I also read feedback if there are negatives, to get an idea of what the problem was....so far (knock on wood) I have had no problems

These are sitting at the end of my driveway. I didn't buy them. Funny thing is, I was just talking to a lady about rabbits an hour before I found them.

Unfortunately, that would put me out of your possibilities, I have over 100 sales ( although only half of those left feedback, and I assume they rate sellar feedback different than buyerS) and this one guy, my first negitive feedback, magically knocked me down to a 97.
