I dont think there are many that have received anything , I received egg's yesterday that were rotten and exploded in the box , PM said she was sending them 2 weeks ago looks like she may have delayed a little getting them out. Im not sure what to say blown up english orp eggs all over the tolbunt and ccl egg's it was a real mess. think i will just chunck it in the trash.

That's the best thing to do. Unfortunately this seems to becoming the norm.

G'morning peeps!!! Someone please tell Father Winter to got back into hibernation! Woke up to 35 degrees outside.

Thank goodness we haven't put the garden in yet. And it looks like I have one more shipment of chicks from GFF since I had a credit to use up and I'm still owed a Black Bartie.

I don't look at the babies as anything more then possible dinner. Now my breeders are my babies. I love those guys.

I wish I could do this...Zombie apocolypse would be easier.

I don't plan to process the rabbits myself. Too much of a mess to deal with and we have no place to put the "leftovers."

Are there still some people that haven't received their spring chicks from CPL? I just want to make sure that I'm not the only one... I wish my message had gotten to her back two weeks ago when she had some to ship. Darn!

We are still owed chicks or eggs, I told her it didn't matter either way and hoped she got to feeling better it is so easy to bite off more than you can chew. When our Chocolate Orps went broody and my Lemon Cuckoo quit laying, oh yeh and had a BLRW broody for 3 months, oh did I mention out of 2 COROnations onewas broody off and on with no eggs for 3 months, I was smothering. Now they are all laying. Sadly I lost a SPR last night, luckily I have multiple pullets growing out right now.

I have no problem waiting if it helps her out I can take mine later on. It won't end my world, we have been blessed with so many new birds between swaps and GFF that we are in bird heaven, they are every where so I think I will be OK.

Nothing here either but I know life hasn't been easy for her this year so I can be patient. Like wingstone said, by Fall would be nice. Cold weather can come pretty fast here.

yes........... but you already got others stating so lol

we are out 15 jub orp chicks from the reverse swap (and wont be getting them ever) and had already shipped sebastopol gosling as part of the swap so now out the gosling as well and the income he would would have brought if sold as part of a pair.

I posted this yesterday....but not everyone saw it. If you are waiting for Jub Orps she (cpl) lost the entire flock to Cocci and had to buy new birds who wont be laying until atleast fall
