I believe you would be considered a new swapper if you weren't on the old thread and haven't swapped on here. You would have to claim only 1 swap at a time and have a tracking # or the person say they recieved there item to be cleared to do another swap. This goes on until you complete 7 successful swaps then you are free and clear to swap whenever you want. Unless Crazypetlady says you are good because of other reasons I believe you are considered a new swapper. Sorry.
