You just have to wait until the thread moderator verifies that you sent your end, then you're cleared to swap more, even if you won't receive the eggs until Spring, as long as you sent your pp you're good. She will post that youre cleared for your next swap. You haev to do them one at a time like this until you've done 7 and then you'll be unrestricted

? since I'm trying to be a new swapper, If CPL listed spring eggs for hedemora's and I took them and offered 15$ paypal or OE do I have to wait till spring to swap or because I for filled my end I would still get to swap?

When you complete your end of the deal (sent the pp or eggs, and verified by CPL, Reesepoultry, or Coffeekittie) you are good to go for your next swap. After 7 verified swaps, you can swap freely without waiting for verification. Have fun.
