Yes, I believe parties are supposed to wait until new offer is claimed before paypal is sent.

Yep, wait until the person who claimed your pp has their offer taken. Which is what I'm glad I did yesterday so I didn't have to try reversing my paypal payment.

I would be able to do it. I would just need to know if people are assigned randomly, or if we try to keep it within regions, and what type of items would be acceptable. I work as an accountant so maintaining the records, etc. won't be a problem.

I know this is now old discussion, but I also sent my PP as a gift, but it is a good idea to wait until the person claiming also has their offer claimed, it will take me longer to get to my approved 7 swaps, but hey, I can survive a few extra minutes, I think=)

I think it is actually in the rules that you have to wait to send anything until that person has their offer claimed...I've made that mistake a couple times though, sending too soon.
