I've completed a swap page which I'll add a link to in my signature momentarily. Could CPL, Madamwlf and CJWaldon please look it over to confirm that it is indeed, correct? Thanks!

Just to put it out there again. My Cream Legbars produce White Legbars. So please be aware of that when you claim them.![]()
Goodness, the whites are adorable looking. Beautiful!Sounds good to me.![]()
I know with the Legbars both the rooster and the hen have to be carriers of the recessive white gene. When the gene expresses itself in the chick, you get a pure white bird, completely void of color.OK on a similar note, maybe someone can help me with bird genetics....my first shipped eggs were back in the summer, BBS Ameraucana. I had three chicks hatch, turned out I have one black, one splash, and one pure white which I was not expecting. Does anyone know how this happens? What causes a pure white chick to pop out? What colors will I produce with a white Ameraucana? Disclaimer: this is the first time I've asked this question and have not done ANY research on it, so if there's a thread that will answer the question for me I apologize!
I have them down for Spring arrival.. any idea of a general timeframe?? No pressure, I'm just really excited!!Goodness, the whites are adorable looking. Beautiful!
