We are now 2 months into this thread and we would like to make sure that everyone is meeting their obligations in a timely manner. If you have claimed eggs before Nov. 10th (unless the offer stated there would be a delay) and have not received them or a DC# that they have been sent, please PM me with the details. If you have claimed PP and it has not been sent within 3 days, also let us know. We will try to make sure we keep on top of any trends.

It is sorted according to each swapper and includes the swaps you claimed and the ones you promised. Here are this week's current standings as of 5:30AM EST, Sat. Nov. 24. For all potential new swappers, we welcome your participation, but please read the rules on page 1, post #1 of this thread.

Game #1 - Whenever someone goes over 7 swaps, they lose 2 swaps the following week. The first person to catch it and post "Jinx"- (name of person going over), gets an extra swap in the current week. If crazypetlady (CPL) goes over, everyone gets an extra swap that week, and the first person to catch her and post "Jinx-CPL" gets a special prize of eggs from CPL. Start stalking!


Game #2 - Whoever claims the 50th, 75th, and 100th swap of the day (yes, I think we will get up that high this spring or before) will win an extra wild card swap to be used in the winner's week of choice.


CPL went crazy this week, so looks like everyone gets tons of extra swaps this week.

Below is a list of the new swappers that still have to complete their initial 7 swaps, so are limited to one swap at a time until each one is verified. Once you have been cleared by crazypetlady, kraftyladies, babymakes6 or madamwlf for another swap, you may claim another, regardless of what my list says. I don't keep track of whose swaps have been verified, just the swappers that need to have that done. My list is only published once a night, but your swapping status may change a few times during the day. Once all of your 7 initial verified swaps are completed, your name will be moved to the big list. I may not have everyone's name here that is already swapping, but all new swappers will be added here until I hear differently. As long as all your previous swaps have been completed and verified, you are good to go! Happy swapping!

Oh YAY!!! How exciting!!!!!!!!!! Patience for surprises has never been my strong suit! Anticipation gets me every time!!!!

It's been slow on here today. I have totally become hooked, and check the boards more often then I should.

We live in an area where My phone service is really low, it's pretty frustrating, if I go in the house and walk around I lose service, and to get anything reliable I have to either be outside, it in my "phone" chair (only place that gets data network) or lay on my side of the bed and hold my phone towards the window
We don't have cable or Internet either because like only two satielette companies offer service to the area, and we just can't be bothered to deal with them. Most of the time, it really doesn't bother me... I'm not a tv person, I couldn't stand to sit there and watch my husband flip through 100 channels and never settle on anything. With an antennae here, we get 4 channels; the local government channel (sweet, I know...) PBS (only thing the kids watch) and Fox... So we at least get like one show a night that is interesting.
A day like today is the only time it bothers me. We rely heavily on movies, but you can only watch them so many times. Today, both kids are sick, so I have been laying around watching movies with them, which keeps them quiet and I can watch how they are doing, but I am getting stir cease and really sick of watching Wall-e for the tenth time, and Madagascar for the 100th... It sure would be nice to have those channels now!! Or at least real Internet on a computer so I didn't have to sit in the special spots and wait ten minutes for the page to load on my computer!!!

The good thing about today; it was a nice cuddle day with my boys... And I learned a whole buch about beekeeping, which I think is going to be my next project/obsession!! My husbands going to kill me

Does anyone have Cochin, Polish, and Buff Orpington that are all laying now? I have an order for Christmas Eve chicks of these breeds as well as Silkies, Legbar, and Easter Eggers. I would love to get them all at the same time-by December 1.

I have GL polish that are slowly laying right now. They are covered by tolbunt. My serama went broody so no more serama eggs for awhile. No one else is laying...sigh.
