I've had three week olds with one week olds with no problems. I brooded the youngest chicks separately for the first few days/week and kept an eye on them and then mixed. In my experience, as long as the oldest chicks are 4 weeks old or younger there are usually no problems. Older than that and they seem to start developing a different attitude..When brooding chicks does anyone put different ages together or keep them separate? (Ex 1+2+3 wk olds)
