So you can't ship your swaps without taking paypal? It doesn't make sense to me to swap when you can't afford the shipping.....you'll just keep owing swaps........that I'm sorry to point out but seem to be clogging up the threads.

I'm not saying that you don't have a right to claim swaps I was just pointing out that you said you are claiming paypal to be able to afford to ship the swaps. I just worry that you are taking 2 steps back to take 1 step forward. Personally, I don't claim swaps unless I can cover the postage. We all understand that there are weeks/times that are leaner for everyone. I try to time it out so that I don't have to rely on someone offering up a paypal in order to honor my swap. I also haven't been swapping much because we are getting close to winter and my hens are laying sporadically. I would hate to owe a bunch of eggs and my hens stop laying all together or worse get attacked by a predator. Sorry if you took this the wrong way.

I ended up needing brakes & tires for my car this week, so it put me a bit short on cash. I make my birds pay for themselves. If I can't sell or swap for what they need I find a way. Until I hit the sale this weekend with all these spare birds, an occasional paypal definitely helps out. It helps out come month-end if I'm running short on feed too. I really don't think people should ASK for a paypal to be offered like I was asked to do. I had just CLAIMED a paypal. Why would I offer it back up again!!! I think asking for something NOT OFFERED just because you don't see something YOU want offered is just plain RUDE. I really think everyone needs to think twice before making some of these posts.

My point exactly you had just claimed a PP, so to put it back on the table would not have really cost you anything personally. Would have saved you the cost of another swap mailing in the end.
