My sister in laws chicken when broody so we decided to give her some of my hens fertilized eggs. She has been sitting on them for about 23-24 days. Is it still possible for them to still hatch or has it been to long?
I kept the eggs at room temperature for about 3 days before getting them to the hen to sit on.

IMO give them at least another couple of days. 21 days is not written in stone as to when chickens should hatch.

    All the best

Possible, yes, realistically, the probability is low. I would candle them to see if there is any life or internal pips. If they haven't even internally pipped, I wouldn't count on them hatching. The farther you get from day 21 the less chance of hatching and the higher chance of developmental issues if they do. I personally could never throw out an egg that still showed signs of life, many people do by day 23 because the chances for healthy chicks are significantly smaller.
