Hatching eggs

OK so I have looked at loads of posts on eggs but still can't tell if my eggs are growing or not. They are in an incubator Tempsford are all fine so are humidity. The eggs have been in for 8 days but I can't say I can see anything can anyone help

By day 8 you should see veins and an embryo moving around in there.
You should see this by day 4-5. (Minus the red arrow...lol)

Never mind it's myfirst go maybe the eggs went right to start with I knew it was a gamble but still going to keep trying

After calibrating and everything, I lost everything but one chick out of 30 eggs my first hatch this year. Temps were too cool. And I've been hatching for 2 years.

Trying again is how you get it done...lol.
