Hatching Eggs

Last year my broody hen (Amy ) hatched 12 out of 12 eggs and all where perfect and healthy.
She has gone broody again and I'm going to out some more eggs under her , I want to involve my grandson (who is 3)
from the beginning and want to make a record of the development for him in a fun way .
Does anyone have any ideas , or if there are any books that I can get so he can follow the process with the book and make notes and pictures .

Hope someone can give me ideas
