I came home to find one dead partially hatched, the other is bleeding alot. It is not fully out yet the third has pipped but I'm afraid I will lose it too please help

The one that is bleeding still has unabsorbed yolk about the size of my thumb. Doesn't look good.
So sorry you came home to find your gosling dead and another one struggling, I wish I could help but have never hatched in a bator, but I do know that sometime when they hatch the yolk isn't completely absorbed and it will still absorb after hatch so that should be left alone, but to be bleeding sounds like it hatched before it should have.
Did you look on Petes thread about incubation and hatching there maybe an answer there to what is happening . I sure hope the lil one makes it.https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/491013/goose-incubation-hatching-guide-completed

Any updates??

The second gosling died. I still have one that has external pop. It is making a lot of noise. Hopefully this one makes it
Aww so sorry, I hope this lil one makes it out and is healthy.
