Hatching Guinea Keets for the first time

....in a brinsea mini advance. Second time with this incubator, four hatched yesterday, in the middle of a hatch and the last one just found dead in the incubator. Died minutes before I found it. in the last hour per the cam. Eyes bright open. Tried to revive to no avail. Completely dry, no outward signs of distress. But yes, definitely gone. I checked the three others in the brooder, they are all fine. This one stayed in the incubator as other eggs were pipped. Any insight?
