Hatching Hen

My hen has about a week and a half old eggs that’s he is laying in, but somehow she got out of the brooder pen and back into the regular coop where we found her in a new nesting box. I put her back on the old nest and she has been laying on them for a good hour. The eggs were cold when I first found them, but when I candled the eggs there was movement in a few of them. Should I let her start a new nest, or are these chicks still alive?
