Hatching humidity for chicken

What should the himidity be for hatching eggs? I read anywhere from 40-50 and then 60 the last 3 days to 50 degrees then 65-70 the last 3 so what is it?

Day 1-18 should be 40-50% humidity. Day 18+ should be 60-75%
