I got my first bator this spring- a hovabator with fan and turner and hatched out my first batch of babies! Polish and Frizzle
I decided instead of ordering day old chicks I wanted to incubate instead so I bid on egg auctions and ended up with way to many eggs so I figured I could put one together using one of the plans found on here and my eggs arrived before I could put it together so I made a hasty trip down the street and bought a Little Giant incubator now all my eggs are snug in the 'bators. This will include one of those tiny dome incubators that I have some button quail and Bob White in. So my hatching dates are:
In the dome brooder:
7/6 3 button quail eggs
7/8 10 button quail eggs and 2 Bob White eggs
In the Hovabator:
7/11 Old English Game- barred, pearl and porcelain
D'Uccle- mix of colors- lemon, lemon-blue, grey, mille, porc.
7/13 Dutch silver duckwing
Light Brahma bantam
In the Little Giant
7/15 Old English Game- blue
Serama
Nankins
Can't wait and hope I get SOME to hatch!
