So, I set 15 serama eggs on August 24th at around 2pm.

Today is day 21. One egg pipped on Monday, took 24 hours to fully hatch, so was out of the egg yesterday afternoon.

This morning there were still no other eggs pipped. Technically they shouldn't be due to pip until this afternoon, so there is still hope, right?

I am worried about raising one poor lonely serama chick!!

I wouldn't give up hope just yet. I had one clutch that took a total of 4 days to fully hatch and then I tossed out a couple.
Funny, I had 6 Serama eggs this summer under a broody Dominique and hatched jut one. They are just sooooo cute!

I have learned that many times day "21" is really just a guide line. I have had eggs hatch early and late. Take a couple of days to more than four. So my advice is to wait. I wouldn't jump the gun.

IF you have candled on day 10 or so and found the eggs to be developing I would wait. You've got three days from the time the first chick had hatched so wait at least those three days before calling it quits.

My experience has shown that in my case I've had to quickly snatch out the first chick since it hatched at day 19.

I think that all areas of the incubator are not the same temp. A mother hen rotates her eggs so they "bake" evenly , moving the outside eggs into the middle. We don't have that option so we must wait and hope.

I wish you a successful hatch,
