Hatching PeaFowl? UPDATED! PICS!!!!

Very nice! Is there any specific reason why you don't let the Mother hatch them? I would feel terrible taking eggs from mine, and its so much easier when you let them hatch their own out I would think.

Also, People pick up the eggs so the hen will keep laying. If you let her sit them, she will lay 4-6 and then go broody and stop laying. Pick them up and she keeps laying longer.

So true , and if you want the peahen to hatch eggs , let them hatch the 3rd clutch
 
Does the chick in the pic by itself look like a emerald? I know one of the dark ones is an IB.

I dont use keets as trainers because they constantly peck the peachicks beaks and eyes if the are white peachicks. Anyone else have this problem?
