Hatching problems

Ok so this is my first hatch so obviously I'm a little anxious. Today is day 22 and no signs of hatching so far. What I'm concerned about though is that last night I heard peeping for a while and then it stopped and I haven't heard it again.. Should I be worried? I'm hatching mostly silkie/Cochin mixes if that matters

Perhaps your temps have been a tad low. Hatching can be a lengthy process so I'd wait.

Ok thanks - I think at one point my husband did have to adjust the temp a little bit. Should I be worried that the one who quit peeping died?

It's possible. Only time will tell. I wouldn't worry, you can't do anything about it if it did. I only worry about things I can control.

i'm pretty sure geese are 28-30 days... are there other varieties that take 21?
