Hatching strategy opinions?

If you're eggs are behind in development, its a good indicator that your temp is low.
 
Major bummer! Of 8 shipped eggs, 2 were smashed in shipment, 5 had rolling air cells- 1 air cell reattached and now it seems four of them were duds and 2 died?! The two are either behind in development or just partial "ring of death" eggs. I made a video here:

My question is: Does the damaged/ rolling air cell have a higher incidence of early incubation death? I'm thinking it might but wanted to see what fellow shipped egg folks thought.
 
I have incubated shipped eggs, and most (maybe all) of them had detached air cells.

I had an average of 25% hatch. My best hatches were the ones that had the best packaging, 50% and almost 100%. Even the well packaged ones had detached air cells.
