I have read a ton of different opinions on humidity and hatching temps. I just lost a whole hatch (18 eggs) in a still air LG. I have added a fan and have more eggs to go in tomorrow and have a lot of anxiety over this. They are silkies and serama's. Is there a "perfect" temp and humidity?

My incubator is factory preset at 100 degrees. The recommended humidity is 45 to 55% for incubating and 55 to 65% for hatching.
These settings should work for all chicken eggs. I hatch bantam and full size eggs together.
