Hatching under incubator?! Last resort.

Shoot! Maybe she left them for too long. Have you candled them to see if they internally pipped?
Not yet, she actually got back on the nest. I gave her two eggs but I am incubating the other 3. I will candle today. Would an assisted hatch be a possibility or not since it's not a very good heat source?
 
I just checked, one egg is pipping! Should it be making noise and moving? It's silent and it isn't moving but it's beak it sticking out. It looks dry like it's been there a while.
 
I peeled some shell and membrane away from the beak. That was the wrong move wasn't it?
