No, I will wait a few more days just to be sure. I have had chicks hatch at day 23.

Still none! I'm doubting if they will hatch.

Not yet, she actually got back on the nest. I gave her two eggs but I am incubating the other 3. I will candle today. Would an assisted hatch be a possibility or not since it's not a very good heat source?

I have been home all day but last I checked this morning no pips.

I just checked, one egg is pipping! Should it be making noise and moving? It's silent and it isn't moving but it's beak it sticking out. It looks dry like it's been there a while.

I peeled some shell and membrane away from the beak. That was the wrong move wasn't it?
